There are now options to enhance breast size without surgical intervention. Some women choose to use bust-enhancing bras while others take a more natural approach. Taking vitamins and supplements can help increase bust size and will not cost nearly as much as breast augmentation. Supplements and vitamins for breast enhancement have not been scientifically proven to work, but some women claim to have achieved larger breasts through vitamin supplementation. Consult a medical professional before beginning any new vitamin or supplement regimen.

Step 1

Take a multivitamin that includes vitamins A, C and E. All three help with breast enlargement by promoting healthy skin. Vitamin A is responsible for skin nourishment. Vitamin C is responsible for collagen production. Collagen production is essential in keeping the skin toned and firm. This will help breasts to stay perky. Vitamin E helps in healthy skin production and the overall health of the body.

Step 2

Take herbal supplements. Some specific herbal supplements are purported to help enlarge breasts. These include saw palmetto, dong quai, damiana and wild yam. Saw palmetto helps in increasing the size of the mammary glands. Dong quai supplement will assist in improving circulation throughout the body and to the breast while also aiding in breast enlargement and balancing hormones. Wild yam supplement will stimulate hormone production which can aid in breast enlargement. Damiana will improve mammary gland development, which will aid in increased breast size. However, there is no clinical evidence to support the safety or efficacy of these herbs for breast enhancement.

Step 3

Do push-ups to encourage toning of the breasts in addition to taking vitamin and herbal supplements. This will further enhance breast development and appearance.
