Hi, I'm Amber Nimedez with LIVESTRONG.COM. Today, I'm going to teach you how to lose sagging underarm skin. So, the first one that I'm going to do is a seated tricep extension. And I'm just going to sit on something. You could sit on a chair. I'm going to roll my hips forward, raise my arms above my head, and then I'm going to bend my arms back, and then right back up. So, toning the triceps really firms up the skin, and I'm going to do about three sets of ten, remembering to keep my core nice and tight, my hips rolled forward, feeling the work in my triceps. And then I'm going to use this chair, and I'm going to scoot my feet out, and then I'm just going to bend my elbows down and then up. And same thing here, you're going to do about three sets of ten. And if you want to increase the demand, if this is not challenging enough for you, you can extend your legs out, toes facing up, and dip down a little bit lower. And then the last one, I'm still going to use this chair here. And I'm going to put my hands on it, extend my legs out, nice tight plank, and I'm going to do a tricep push-up. So, I'm going to actually keep my elbows nice and tight and then push myself right back up, lowering about halfway down and then pushing myself back up. You want to do about three sets of ten of each exercise, and these will definitely help with the sagging skin underneath your arm. I'm Amber Nimedez with LIVESTRONG.COM.
