I'm AJ Tucker. I'm going to show you the best exercises for toning men's legs. Today, I'm going to focus on three exercises, the stiff leg deadlift, the body weight squat and the dumbbell lunge. Moderate to light weight exercise. Not trying to get big and buff just to tone the legs. The first exercise is the stiff leg deadlift. I want my hands about shoulder width apart. I'm going to grab the weight. Whenever I go down I want to keep my back flat. I don't want to round my back off, pushing my hips back. Slightly bend the knees. I'm going to use my hamstrings to pull the weight back up. So I'm going all the way down. Get below the knees. Coming back up keeping my back flat. Exercise number two is the body weight squat. So my feet are shoulder width apart. And I'm going down and I can really rip it out with this exercise. I can go fast or I can go slow. I can do 10 to 100 reps of the body weight squat. Last but not least is a dumbbell lunge. I'm going to grab the weight and I'm stepping out. My knee is going towards the ground. I don't have to bang my knee on the ground when I go down. I can do 16 reps or I can go as far as a football field whenever I do this exercise.
