The Chicken McNuggets at McDonald's are made from all white meat and are served with your choice of dipping sauces. The McNuggets can be bought in four-piece, six-piece and 10-piece packs, and nutrition values vary for each.

Four-Piece Chicken McNuggets

The four-piece Chicken McNuggets, available for Happy Meals, have 190 calories, and more than half -- 100 -- come from fat, McDonald's reports. If you eat a 2,000-calorie diet, the McNuggets equal 9.5 percent of your total daily calories. And keep in mind that nutritional values for the McNuggets do no include any dipping sauce you may use or fries or soda you have with your meal. The four-piece nuggets also have 12 g of total fat, 400 mg of sodium, 11 g of total carbohydrates and 10 g of protein.

Six-Piece Chicken McNuggets

An order of six-piece Chicken McNuggets has 280 calories, and 160 of those calories come from fat. The McNuggets amount to 14 percent of your total daily calories if you eat 2,000 calories a day. The six-piece order also contains 17 g of total fat, 600 mg of sodium, 16 g of total carbohydrates and 14 g of protein.

10-Piece Chicken McNuggets

The largest-sized Chicken McNuggets has 10 pieces and contains 460 calories, with 260 coming from fat. The 10-piece McNuggets amounts to 23 percent of your total daily calories for a 2,000-calorie diet. The 10-piece McNuggets also contain 29 g of total fat, 1,000 mg of sodium, 27 g of total carbohydrates and 24 g of protein.
