Weight gainers are sports nutrition supplements intended to add muscle and overall weight. These products are typically used by bodybuilders and other athletes who have high caloric needs. The ingredient profiles of weight gainers vary widely, so assess nutritional values carefully and consult a doctor before using these or any other supplements.
