Healthy Eating Options

You can find several healthy options at Mama Fu’s for lunch or dinner. Choose either Chicken Lettuce Wraps or Fresh Basil Spring Rolls as a shared appetizer. By choosing these appetizers instead of fried Calamari or Thai "Dynamite" Shrimp, you will eat fewer calories and less fat. For entrees, always choose brown rice. It adds extra fiber to your meal, so you feel full sooner.
