Your eyes are the windows to your soul and as you begin to age, so do your eyes. To erase the signs of aging around your eyes, facial exercises may help. They can help reduce sagging skin around the eyes and develop stronger upper and lower eyelids. They aid in reducing puffiness and relax eye tension.

Coreena Ong's Eye Relaxing Exercise
Rub you palms together until they feel warm. Place your palms gently over your eye area. Hold your palms over your eyes for as long as you like or until your eye area feels relaxed. This simple eye exercise helps relax your entire eye area. It reduces eye puffiness, soothes tension and helps relieve headaches, states Ong.
Coreena Ong's Close and Release Exercise
Open your eyes wide. Grab the skin of the corner of your eyes. Use your thumb and index finger to hold the skin. Pull the skin tight and make sure that it is fully anchored between your fingers. Close your eyes very tightly together and then release. Hold eyes shut only for a few seconds. Repeat the close and release exercise 20 times. This eye exercise strengthens you orbicularis oculi muscle and it will flatten undereye bags.
Coreena Ong's Upper Eyelid Exercise
The upper eyelid is controlled by the levator palpebral and is very important in preventing droopy upper eyelids, says Ong. Use your thumb and index finger to grab the skin on your upper eyelids very gently. Pull the skin together. Then try to open your eyes as wide as you can and the close. Ong explains that in the beginning it may be difficult to fully open your eyes all the way, but to continue to try. Soon you will be able to open your eyelids all the way. She purports it is similar to weight lifting for your upper eyelids.
