How to Lose Weight With a Stomach Wrap

Fat that accumulates around your abdomen isn't like other kinds of fat on your body. A weight loss plan that includes a change in poor eating habits can also help you lose weight while using your stomach wrap. Complex carbohydrate foods like fruits and vegetables contain essential nutrients and dietary fiber, which helps fill your stomach so you consume fewer calories.
