Adults need 3 cups of food from the milk group daily, whether it is milk, yogurt or cheese, according to MyPyramid. A small container of yogurt--6 oz--corresponds to 3/4 cup and a snack size container--4 oz--counts as 1/2 cup. Yogurt is a source of calcium, which is essential for bone health, and potassium, which contributes to regulating your blood pressure. Astro BioBest is a brand of yogurt.

BioBest Omega-3

BioBest Omega-3 yogurts contain flax oil, a source of alpha-linolenic acid, or ALA. They are available in strawberry, blueberry, cherry, vanilla, raspberry, peach and blackberry flavors. A half cup container--100g--provides 90 calories, 1.5g fat, 0.5g saturated fat, 0.3g omega-3 fat, 16g carbohydrates, 0g fiber, 13g sugar, 3g protein, 10 percent of the daily value for calcium and 15 percent of the daily value for vitamin D.

BioBest Fruit Bottom

The BioBest Fruit Bottom yogurts come in four flavors: strawberry, peach, blueberry and raspberry. A small container--1/2 cup or 100g--provides 80 calories, 1g fat, 0.5g saturated fat, 14g carbohydrates, 0g fiber, 13g sugar, 4g protein, 10 percent of the daily value for calcium and 15 percent of the daily value for vitamin D.

BioBest Calcium

BioBest Calcium contains more calcium--25 percent of the daily value--per serving than traditional yogurts because skim milk powder is added. It is available in strawberry, peach, blackberry and blueberry flavors. A serving of 1/2 cup--100g--provides 100 calories, 1g fat, 0.5g saturated fat, 18g carbohydrates, 2g fiber, 15g sugar, 4g protein, 25 percent of the daily value for calcium and 15 percent of the daily value for vitamin D.

BioBest Antioxidant

BioBest Antioxidant comes four flavors: strawberry, wild blueberry, triple berry and açai berry. It contains a fruit blend powder made of wild blueberry extract, grape seed extract powder, raspberry seed extract powder,cranberry powder, prune powder, tart cherry powder and strawberry powder for extra antioxidants. A small container--1/2 cup or 100g--provides 90 calories, 1g fat, 0.5g saturated fat, 18g carbohydrates, 0g fiber, 14g sugar, 3g protein, 10 percent of the daily value for calcium and 15 percent of the daily value for vitamin D.

No Gelatin

Gelatin is obtained from the collagen of the skin and bones of animals, mainly pork. Pork is forbidden by some religions, such as Judaism, Islam and some Seventh Day Adventists. Astro BioBest yogurts are free of gelatin.

Probiotics

BioBest yogurts provide one billion active probiotic cultures. The main strains used are lactobacillus acidophilus and bifidobacterium lactis. Probiotics are live micro-organisms, also called friendly bacteria, that confer benefits to the host. Probiotics can help treat diarrhea, especially after taking antibiotics, improve irritable bowel syndrome symptoms and enhance immunity, as explained by the Mayo Clinic.
