Braum's soft frozen yogurt can be purchased at any of the Braum's stores and is available in vanilla or chocolate flavors or as a twist, which combines the two flavors. Although the two flavors have distinctive tastes, the Braum's website lists the same nutritional information for both of them, which means that they contain roughly the same ingredients, such as whole milk, cream and corn syrup.

Carbohydrates, Fat and Protein

A single serving of Braum's soft frozen yogurt, which is 4 ounces or 87 grams, contains 140 calories. The 20 grams of carbohydrate in each serving, of which 16 grams are sugar, provide 80 of these calories. Each serving also has 5 grams of fat, including 3.5 grams of saturated fat, which adds 50 calories. The remaining calories come from the 3 grams of protein.

Other Nutrients

Each serving of Braum's soft frozen yogurt also contains 20 milligrams of cholesterol and 90 milligrams of sodium. Although this frozen yogurt is not a significant source of vitamin C or iron, the dairy products used to make this frozen yogurt provide 4 percent of the daily value of vitamin A and 15 percent of the daily value of calcium in each serving.
