Dr. Bruggeman has spent over 17 years as a deficated Family Physician, serving many patients and families of mid Missouri. Most of his work has involved primary care, nursing home medicine, hospice, and rural health. He is also a medical director, entrepreneur, educator and writer. He has a passion for translating the complexities of modern healthcare into less intimidating language, and loves to help others become informed decision makers. He has also given his time to fundraisers, his church and his children’s school. His spare time is spent with family, friends, or his bicycle.
