Katie is an ACE-certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor, as well as being certified in behavioral change, pregnancy and postpartum exercise training, youth fitness, and functional movement systems. She ran Division 1 cross country and track in college and continues to run for fun as much as she can. She was a fitness educator and wellness coach for years before transitioning to youth athletic development. She currently works to expose inner city youth (middle school boys, particularly) to sports they may not have had access to otherwise, including golf, hockey, lacrosse, and rowing.
