Lauren Manaker is an award-winning registered dietitian, certified personal trainer and certified lactation educator-counselor. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from the University of Florida and her Master's degree in Clinical Nutrition from Rush University. She is a book author and presently sits on the executive committee of the Women's Health Dietetic Practice Group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
