Serena Marie, RD is a registered dietitian specializing in helping runners run better, faster and without "run"ger. After studying nutrition at Cornell and Yale Universities, Serena developed an interest in sports nutrition as it joins her two passions: food and running! Serena's proven four week program, Eat like an Athlete Bootcamp, helps runners run faster, recover better, reduce ravenous appetite during training and teach runners how to create quick, healthy meals.
