The more you weigh, the more calories you burn. If you push a stroller for an hour, you burn 147 calories if you weigh 130 pounds, 176 calories if you weigh 155 pounds, 204 calories if you weigh 180 and 232 calories if you weigh 205 pounds.

Speed

The more briskly you walk, the more calories you burn. By increasing from a slow pace of 2 mph to a moderate pace of 3 mph, you burn 195 calories an hour if you weigh 130 pounds, 232 if you weigh 155 pounds, 270 if you weigh 180 and 307 if you weigh 205 pounds. Walking at a fast pace of 3.5 mph burns 224 calories an hour if you weigh 130 pounds, 267 if you weigh 155 pounds, 311 if you weigh 180 and 354 if you weigh 205.

Incline

If you walk uphill at a fast pace for an hour, you burn 354 calories if you weigh 130 pounds, 422 calories if you weigh 155 pounds, 490 calories if you weigh 180 and 354 calories if you weigh 205.
