Ronni Gordon is a Massachusetts-based freelance writer with a background in daily newspapers. A graduate of Vassar College with a master's in journalism from Boston University, she specializes in health and fitness, aging, cancer survivorship, and dogs. Her work has appeared in such publications as The New York Times, AARP, espnW, Women's Running, AKC's Family Dog, Chicago Health Magazine and Next Avenue, a website produced by PBS for a national audience of older Americans. She's an avid tennis player and runner and mom to three grown children, two grandkids and one dog. When not running around or writing, she can be found doing yoga or volunteering at various organizations.
