Brittany is passionate about people and helping them achieve their wellness goals through a holistic, processed based approach. She loves connecting with people and has coached them as they have navigated through joyful and challenging life events. One of the guiding mantras for her work includes her philosophy that “our greatest strength lives within ourselves, and it often takes some external motivation along with trial and error to unleash it.
