Here we are ready to begin the Diet Face Off 2 (DFO2) and with all participants geared up for week one, I wanted to take this moment to congratulate, thank and hold you accountable (and you of me) for the next approximate 8 weeks. I hope you all are as jazzed as I am about this opportunity to learn a new way of eating, exercising and living.

As a personal trainer who has been in the health, nutrition and fitness world for the past 20 years, I really want to help you understand that this is a way of life and NOT another fad diet. I was chosen as one of the personal fitness & nutrition trainers to lead the DFO2 due to my commitment, understanding and passion for helping others (just like yourselves) to learn a better way of life.  While I hope this doesn’t sound to “preachy”, I want you to know we are a team that succeeds and fails together. I’ve seen thousands over the years begin this journey, some got side-tracked and others have reached new heights.  I trust all of you will reach new heights too.

Let’s buckle down, focus and commit to the DFO2 and embrace this new challenge as a way of life and not a distraction.
