Slammin' Body Workout | Perfect Form With Ashley Borden

In today's workout, we'll be using a weighted medicine ball, so find a weight level that is comfortable but challenging--it's all about feeling the motion of the routine and connecting to your body. Since this is a 15-minute workout, I want you to run through the exercises as many times as you can, and be sure to leave a comment below with your progress!
