Pinot Grigio, also known as Pinot Gris, is a variety of white wine that is popular in restaurants and homes nationwide. Like other wines, Pinot Grigio contains a modest number of calories compared with sweeter or creamier mixed drinks.

Each standard-sized bottle of Pinot Grigio has 750 ml, or 25.6 oz., according to TheWineTaster.com. Therefore, each bottle contains just over four 6 oz. servings of Pinot Grigio.

According to the U.S. Department of Agriculture, 25.6 oz. of an average Pinot Grigio contains 623 calories. Split that bottle four ways, and each person will have a wine glass containing about 156 calories. Different brands may have higher or lower calorie counts.

Other Nutrients

Pinot Grigio contains no fat and very little protein. It's low in carbohydrates, with about 15.5 g per 750 mL bottle, according to the USDA.
