Griddles are a suitable alternative for grilling inside or cooking without a stove. Use either a griddle placed on top of the stove or an electric griddle, which just needs to be plugged into an outlet. There are many foods that can be cooked on a griddle, including tilapia. Tilapia is a mild, white fish that is harvested from fresh water or grown in farms. This rich source of protein cooks up quickly on a griddle.
