Welcome to the final week of phase 3. Great job! You're that much closer to getting the body you want. For this week, make sure you're using weights that are heavy enough to challenge you. And don't forget to add more weight on at least one of the first two exercises. Plus, try and really push yourself on the metabolic circuit. Dig deep, and you'll be so happy with the results!
