Is that a coffee or dessert? Some of these popular coffee drinks are so padded with fat and calories, it's hard to tell. LIVESTRONG.COM's annual list of the worst coffee drinks takes a look at the amount of calories per ounce in a drink. This year, The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf makes the list with its Ice Blended drinks. Surprisingly, the most caloric drink at Starbucks is not its famously fattening Frappucino but rather its White Chocolate Mocha served hot. Read on to see what the 12 worst drinks are.
12. Starbucks White Chocolate Mocha
One of the few drinks on this list that's served hot, the White Chocolate Mocha should really only be ordered on special occasions. This is no regular morning pick-me-up. A tall size at 12 ounces contains 340 calories, according to the Starbucks website. It has an impressive 28 calories per ounce — and that's using 2-percent milk.
11. Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Ice Blended Caramel Flavor
Maxing out at 32 calories per ounce, the Ice Blended Caramel drink at The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is its highest calorie offering. A 24-ounce drink contains 770 calories, including 135 calories from fat and 85 grams of sugar. A better choice (though still not ideal) is the Ice Blended Mocha at 580 calories for 24 ounces.

9. Panera Bread Frozen Caramel

8. Au Bon Pain Frozen Caramel Latte
You may feel virtuous as you bypass the croissants and cakes and head directly to the coffee counter. But if you opt for a 16-ounce Frozen Caramel Latte at Au Bon Pain, it will set you back 600 calories (37.5 per ounce), 20 grams of fat and 92 grams of sugar.
7. Cold Stone Creamery Caramel Frappe
