1. Protein Pancakes
While you might typically think of pancakes as a guilty pleasure, this morning meal can actually help you form beautiful, lean muscles with the addition of protein powder. Your muscles need protein to recover after a workout, so this is the perfect post-gym breakfast.
Protein requires more energy to digest than carbohydrates and fat. When you eat carbs, your body burns 5 to 10 percent of the calories you consume to digest your meal. Compare that to the whopping 20 to 30 percent of calories burned when you eat protein.

2. Tropical Matcha Smoothie Bowl
From lattes to croissants to froyo, you can find matcha, a type of green tea, in just about anything these days. But did you know that this yummy powder actually boosts fat-burning mechanisms in your body? Matcha is rich in catechins, a type of antioxidant that promotes fat oxidation, contributing to weight loss.
