A primary goal of any bodybuilder is to build bigger, more defined muscles. Animal M-Stak is an over-the-counter supplement formulated to stimulate muscle growth and increase strength and power. It is made by the company Universal Nutrition, which makes a host of sports nutrition supplements that are often designed to be used together or stacked.

Animal M-Stak is formulated to increase muscle mass through increased protein synthesis and nitrogen retention. Universal Nutrition recommends Animal M-Stak for bodybuilders or powerlifters looking for natural muscle-building supplements. Animal M-Stak is also recommended for individuals who have difficulty gaining muscle or who have reached a plateau in their muscle building. This product is formulated for adults over the age of 18.


Animal M-Stak contains a blend of herbal ingredients and amino acids formulated to stimulate muscle growth and enhance energy. A single serving contains 750 mg of a natural flavone/sterone complex, 3000 mg of an anti-catabolic amino complex and 1000 mg of an anabolic adaptogen complex, according to Each serving also provides 500 mg each of an insulin-potentiating, M Factor and energy complex.

How it Works

The various complexes and ingredients in Animal M-Stak act in different ways on the body to increase muscle mass and energy. The natural flavone/sterone complex contains ingredients that shuttle nutrients to build lean muscle mass, enhance muscle mass and protein synthesis and nitrogen retention to maximize new muscle growth. The anti-catabolic complex of ingredients helps muscles recover more quickly after exercise by acting on muscle growth regulators in the body, according to Universal Nutrition. The anabolic adaptogens are a blend of herbs that improve endurance, reduce workout-related muscle and mental fatigue and boost the immune system. The insulin-potentiating complex maximizes the body’s production of insulin, which increases the amount of glycogen or energy available to muscles and other cells of the body. Lastly, Animal M-Stak also contains ingredients that enhance absorption of the ingredients or act as stimulants to increase energy.

Dosage and Administration

Each serving of Animal M-Stak is separated into packs containing a blend of tablets of different colors and sizes. Universal Nutrition recommends cycling Animal M-Stak by taking a single pack each day for 21 consecutive days approximately 30 to 45 minutes before training and then taking a week off. On non-training days, it is recommended to take the supplement between meals, preferably in the morning or early afternoon.


Animal M-Stak is not recommended for individuals under the age of 18 or women who are nursing or pregnant. Animal M-Stak contains potent flavones and phytoecdysterones, so it is important to consult a doctor before use to avoid complications. Individuals should discontinue using Animal M-Stak if they experience nervousness, tremors, sleep difficulties, nausea or loss of appetite, according to the Universal Nutrition also recommends that individuals who play sports should check with the respective athletic association or federation to ensure the product is not banned from use.
