Kim Kardashian-West offered Harper’s Bazaar a sneak peek into her daily routine, including her typical diet and workout regiment. At breakfast, Kim usually noshes on oatmeal, scrambled eggs or a protein shake with fruit. Famous for her curvaceous figure, the star works hard to maintain her post-baby bod. A diet focused on lean protein and vegetables acts as fuel for her 90-minute workouts each day, which include running and strength training. Mrs. Kardashian-West even gives into cravings from time to time, proving she’s just like us. “If I need a sweet-tooth fix, I’ll have those Justin’s peanut butter packs; the almond butter is also really good. I’ll just eat it plain.”
