Beth Lipton
Beth Lipton is a natural-foods chef, cookbook author, and food/wellness writer. She is the former food director at Health and All You magazines and her writing and recipes have appeared in Clean Eating magazine, Paleo magazine, FoodNetwork.com, Epicurious, Eat This Not That, Travel + Leisure, Cooking Light, Clean Plates, and more. Beth has written two cookbooks, Peaches (a Short Stack Editions book) and You Made That Dessert?. As the resident chef at the Middleberg Nutrition wellness practice in New York, Beth develops recipes for and teaches cooking to clients with various dietary restrictions and preferences. She completed the chef training program at Natural Gourmet Institute and the health coach certification program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, and she has a BA in journalism from the University of Southern California.
