A chai tea latte is made with a black tea blended with spices such as cinnamon, cardamom, ginger and cloves. A chai latte is similar to regular chai tea except that is topped with extra steamed milk. Iced varieties are cooled and blended with crushed ice. How many calories you get in each drink depends on the type and amount of milk, flavoring, topping and sweetener added.
