The Calories and Carbs of Miller Draft 64 Beer
You can burn off light beer faster than regular beer.

On a hot summer day, you want a crisp, light, refreshing beer that won’t shatter your beach body image. Your average 12-ounce beer will set you back between 135 to 155 calories. If you’re looking to lighten your load, a light beer, such as Miller 64, may be the answer.

Drinking Games

A 12-ounce bottle of Miller 64 adds only 64 calories and 2.4 grams of carbohydrate to your waistline. You can burn that off with a 30-minute game of darts. If you’re looking for a buzz, however, you won’t find it here. Compared to most beers, which are around 5 percent alcohol by volume, Miller 64 is only 2.8 percent, accounting for much of the calorie difference. Please drink responsibly.
