Calories in an Apple Martini
The martini is a popular cocktail, with many variations.

When you meet friends for drinks, it is most healthy to choose cocktails with fewer additives like fruit juices. An apple martini can be a good option because it does not have many such additives, yet still packs a punch.

Serving Size

One serving of apple martini is one cocktail glass-full, according to the CalorieKing website. These glasses are not typically very big — usually about 4 ounces, the DrinkStreet website reports — so it can be easy to wash down more than one.

Martinis do not contain many ingredients beyond alcohol. Alcohol is fairly high in carbohydrates, and, the MyFitnessPal website calculates, an apple martini contains 11 grams of carbohydrates.

If you're watching your weight, apple martinis pack fewer calories than typical vodka or gin version. Each apple martini contains 160 calories, MyFitnessPal reports, to 210 for a vodka martini with one olive and 265 for a gin martini.
