The serving size of all flavors of International Delight creamers equals 1 tbsp. or 15 ml. WhiteWave Foods has a core list of flavors including Amaretto, Belgian White Chocolate Macadamia, Caribbean Cinnamon Creme, Dulce de Leche, English Almond Toffee, French Vanilla, Hazelnut, Hershey’s Chocolate Caramel, Irish Creme and Southern Butter Pecan. The company also sells a line of creamers called CoffeeHouse Inspirations with nine flavors, Limited Edition creamers with four flavors and Seasonal with four flavors.

The Fat-Free French Vanilla creamer has 30 calories per serving, no fat, no cholesterol and no sodium. Shelf Life and Storage
International Delight creamers should be used before the expiration date stamped on the container and within two weeks of opening. Normal shelf life unopened is up to four months from the manufacture date. Unopened creamer singles do not have to be refrigerated but pints and quarts should be refrigerated before opening and have to be refrigerated after opening.
