Available in original, fat-free and sugar-free, and with a long list of flavors, International Delight coffee creamers seem to have met everyone’s needs when it comes to flavored coffee. A product of WhiteWave Foods, of Broomfield, Colorado, the company is not only immersed in flavoring coffee, but also in sustainability. While its products offer little nutritional value, the company partners with suppliers to use clean, renewable energy and hopes to reduce environmental impact.

Serving Size and Varieties

The serving size of all flavors of International Delight creamers equals 1 tbsp. or 15 ml. WhiteWave Foods has a core list of flavors including Amaretto, Belgian White Chocolate Macadamia, Caribbean Cinnamon Creme, Dulce de Leche, English Almond Toffee, French Vanilla, Hazelnut, Hershey’s Chocolate Caramel, Irish Creme and Southern Butter Pecan. The company also sells a line of creamers called CoffeeHouse Inspirations with nine flavors, Limited Edition creamers with four flavors and Seasonal with four flavors.

Calories, Fat, Cholesterol and Sodium

One serving of International Delight French Vanilla coffee creamer has 45 calories with a total fat content of 2g, no cholesterol and 5mg of sodium. In comparison, the Sugar-Free French Vanilla has 20 calories per serving with 2g of fat, no cholesterol and no sodium. The Fat-Free French Vanilla creamer has 30 calories per serving, no fat, no cholesterol and no sodium. All of the flavors have between 30 and 45 calories, 1 to 2g of fat, no cholesterol and under 15mg of sodium per 1 tbsp. serving.

Carbohydrates and Protein

A single serving of International Delight French Vanilla creamer has 6g of total carbohydrates, with 6g of sugars and no protein. The Sugar-Free French Vanilla has 1g of carbohydrates with no sugar and no protein. The Fat-Free French Vanilla has 7g of carbohydrates with 5g of sugars and no protein. Each of the core flavors has less than 7g of carbohydrates and no protein.

Vitamins and Minerals

International Delight coffee creamers provide no essential vitamins or minerals.

Shelf Life and Storage

International Delight creamers should be used before the expiration date stamped on the container and within two weeks of opening. Normal shelf life unopened is up to four months from the manufacture date. Unopened creamer singles do not have to be refrigerated but pints and quarts should be refrigerated before opening and have to be refrigerated after opening.
