Bravo! Cucina Italiana has several menus with different choices based on the time of day and occasion. Dinner, lunch and brunch menus feature a selection of appetizers, salads and entrees. The dessert and wine menus can be used to complement your meal. A children’s menu features traditional kid’s favorites such as spaghetti, macaroni and cheese, pasta Alfredo and pizza.

Ingredients such as the meat, fish, poultry, fruits and vegetables used at Bravo! are delivered fresh daily. The specific blend of ingredients is determined by the recipe and traditional Italian cooking styles. The pasta dishes use Barilla PLUS pasta made from multigrain ingredients. Other common ingredients used at Bravo! include tomato sauces and cheese.

The nutrition content of Bravo's dishes varies. For example, the pasta Bravo! dish made with tossed rigatoni, grilled chicken, mushrooms and a red pepper cream sauce contains 1,000 calories per entree with 40 g of fat, 100 g of carbohydrates and 40 g of protein. The shrimp fra diavolo campanelle, however, contains 650 calories with 4 g of fat, 108 g of carbohydrates and 45 g of protein, according to The Daily Plate.

While some dishes at Bravo! contain a significant amount of calories, fat or carbohydrates, they also contain various vitamins, minerals and nutrients. The Barilla PLUS pasta contains 40 percent more protein than regular pasta and also contains a blend of omega fatty acids, according to the Bravo! website. Pasta provides dietary fiber and various vitamins and minerals. Pasta Mediterranean, for example, contains 1 g of dietary fiber for four percent of the daily recommended intake along with significant amounts of vitamin A, calcium, vitamin E, vitamin K and riboflavin, according to The Daily Plate.

To increase the nutrition content of food you order at at Bravo! Cucina Italiana and reduce fats and calories, start your meal with a chopped salad with dressing on the side for only 373 calories per salad, according to the Bravo! website. Choose a grilled chicken breast or fish instead of breaded meat and save half of the entree for a leftover meal. Drinking water instead of wine or soda can eliminate about 100 to 200 calories from the meal.
