Yoga Booty Ballet is an exercise system that combines dance and yoga moves to create lean and long muscles. The Yoga Booty Ballet Classic is a set of three DVDs that are used in combination with the Goddess Guide, Beachbody Squishy Ball, and 7 Day Rapid Results Diet.

Yoga Booty Ballet, Ab and Butt Makeover is a series of five DVDs utilizing dance, yoga, and strengthening techniques to tone the butt and abs.


The number of calories burned during an activity depends on several factors, including your sex, age, physical fitness, and weight. Each person will burn a different amount depending on her body and the amount of effort. Physical activity also increases the body's basal metabolic rate, so in addition to the calories burned during the activity, the body will burn additional calories throughout the day. Online calculators and phone apps exist that will factor in your weight, type of exercise and the time spent doing the exercise to give you a rough estimate the number of calories you burn.


The Quickstart DVD is a 10 minute workout with basic moves, similar to low-impact aerobics or dancing, burns approximately 65 calories if you weigh 150 lbs., according to the Health Status online calorie calculator. Total Toning Basics is a 45 minute video that includes strengthening and sculpting moves with dance and will burn approximately 300 calories at that same weight. The Advanced Abs and Booty DVD is 60 minutes of dance moves targeted at the abs and butt and will burn approximately 400 calories at that same weight.

Ab and Butt Makeover

The Light and Easy DVD is a 40 minute beginner DVD featuring light cardio and simple yoga moves and will burn approximately 270 calories. The Cardio Cabaret DVD is a fast paced cardio dance DVD that lasts for 35 minutes burning approximately 280 calories. The Go-Go DVD utilizes ballet moves to sculpt the legs, hips, and butt in a 40 minute workout burning about 275 calories. The 35 minute Body Sculpting DVD utilizes resistance to give a total body toning workout burning approximately 200 calories. The 40 minute Latin Flavor DVD, burning approximately 275 calories, offers a Latin based dance workout geared to tone and strengthen abs and get rid of love handles. These calorie estimates are based on a weight of 150 lbs.
