Adding Sculpt N' Cleanse to your diet and exercise program may help trim your waist, stimulate the metabolism and enhance your weight loss results. However, consult with your doctor before taking any diet or cleanse supplement.

Step 1

Take the first recommended dosage of one capsule in the morning on en empty stomach with 12 oz. of water 30 minutes before your first meal. Health Direct recommends the morning as the optimal time to take your first serving of Sculpt N' Cleanse. They note that you may increase the amount of capsules taken until you reach the point of two to four bowel movements per day.

Step 2

Eat breakfast every day about 30 minutes after you take Sculpt N' Cleanse. The first meal of the day plays an important role in fat burning and weight loss because it starts up your metabolism, setting the pace for the rest of the day. Skipping breakfast leads to high levels of the stress hormone cortisol, which breaks down metabolically active muscle and promotes fat storage where you need it the least, says Shawn Talbott in "The Cortisol Connection." An example of an excellent breakfast choice would be two eggs, two slices of turkey bacon and whole-wheat toast.

Step 3

Take in five or six meals and snacks during your day, says "The Abs Diet" by David Zinczenko.
