Let’s face it: There’s no way Kourtney Kardashian’s glowing skin and tight physique are an accident. The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star and mother of three takes serious care when it comes to her diet — which is totally organic and free from gluten and dairy, by the way — but she recently revealed just how precise she is on a daily basis.

In her latest app post, the 38-year-old revealed the secret to her phenomenal physique, and it’s a lot more affordable than you’d expect: two shots of apple cider vinegar a day.

“Every morning when I wake up, I take collagen supplements on an empty stomach. About 20 minutes after the collagen, I usually drink one tablespoon of organic apple cider vinegar mixed into a glass of water,” she writes. “Both of these habits have a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients.” (FYI: While it’s true that apple cider vinegar has benefits, its powers may be vastly overestimated).

She’ll also take a vegan probiotic shot, followed by some homemade avocado pudding, which contains E3Live blue-green algae, bone broth protein powder and MCT oil. “It only takes a few minutes to make, and it provides healthy fats to give me energy before a workout.”

For breakfast, Kourtney will have whole-grain oatmeal made over the stove (“instant isn’t as good for you!”) topped with fruits and bee pollen or honey. Then she’ll munch on a salad for lunch, complete with either chicken or salmon and some homemade balsamic or ginger dressing, followed by a mug of hot green tea.

She keeps her afternoon snacks healthy as well, turning to “fresh vegetables with avocado hummus, raw almonds or a bit of fresh fruit,” she writes. Then before dinner comes her second round of apple cider vinegar and probiotics.

As for the main event? Kourtney says she enjoys soups made from asparagus, sweet potatoes or beets. On the occasional wintery evening in Los Angeles, she’ll opt for turkey chili. And just like the rest of us who resolved to eat healthier throughout the week, Kardashian likes to prepare these dishes ahead of time: “I usually try to make soups and chili on a Sunday, so I have the extras in the fridge when I’m busy during the week.”

But Kourtney’s abs aren’t made in the kitchen alone: Five to six times a week she completes an intense morning workout, which can include everything from sprints on the treadmill to resistance and weight training.

Kourtney might sound like a total Spartan, but she wants her subscribers to know that even she gives herself a break once in a while: “Because you have to live your life.” Amen!
