Miracle Whip, when used as an ingredient in recipes, adds a distinct flavor to your foods. According to “Peace, Love and Barbecue” and “Suck in Your Stomach and Put Some Color On,” Miracle Whip is definitely a staple of Southern cuisine, often used in recipes from salads to main entrees. Using Miracle Whip on boneless, skinless chicken not only keeps the chicken from drying out, it holds the spices to the chicken while it cooks.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

Spray a baking dish with a nonstick cooking spray, or line the dish with aluminum foil.

Mix the Miracle Whip with spices, such as Italian seasoning, dried rosemary, thyme, or garlic salt together in a bowl.

Roll or spread the Miracle Whip mixture onto the boneless, skinless chicken. Place the chicken in your baking dish.

Try an alternative method of coating the chicken with Miracle Whip, then rolling the chicken in a mix of spices or seasoned coating mix.

Bake the coated chicken for 20 to 25 minutes, or until no pink meat is visible when you cut through the thickest part of the chicken meat with a sharp knife.
